Overall Responsibility/工作概述:

To Work with VP and respective Project managers to strive for marketing excellence in formulating and managing marketing strategy and relevant activities for events managed out from Beijing or Shanghai office.

Scope of Responsibilities/ 工作职责：

1. To work with SVP/VP and respective Project managers for strategic development of exhibitions including overall marketing strategy, value propositions, promotion and media plan for events managed out from Beijing or Shanghai office.

2. To propose, manage and implement the Marketing Plan for all assigned shows in China with the delivery of a cost effective and appropriate marketing plan with supported market data and analysis for each of the respective events within the agreed budget and timeline

3. To assist the VP to monitor the Assigned shows in China Budget by delivering of all marketing activity within agreed budget and timeline

4. To manage and direct visitors development including the creation and management of special VIP programs, sub"script"ion and similar schemes in order to encourage more new visitors and repeat visitors

5. To audit marketing plan of each show before implementation and evaluate effectiveness after each show together with the respective Project Manager.

6. To manage all aspects of print production, distribution and effectiveness tracking including production of cost effective high quality brochures, invites and other printed materials

7. To understand the visitors behavior of the Assigned shows in China by planning visitors behavior surveys, execution of surveys, analysis and report the survey results. The survey results will be used in developing events program including conference activities, buyers program and the creation of value proposition

8. To evaluate performance of Marcom staff and to conduct the PDP review with the respective marcom staff together with the Project Manager and lead them to execute marketing plans and meet show targets.

9. Enhance the marketing knowledge and skills for all staff by conducting effective training and sharing of best practices.

-Provide and facilitate Training for Marcom staff

-Identify the training needs of Marcom staff and provide continuous training which including training provided by RX or other external sources through workshops, on-the-job training and follow up sessions.

10. To manage overall media relationships for Assigned shows in China with the achievement of frequent, timely and positive media coverage for Assigned shows and it’s activities across all available media

Qualifications/任职资格:

1. Degree in marketing, business, mass communication or related disciplines with at least 5 years working experience as marketing manager.

2. Experience in exhibition industry is preferable

3. Excellent oral and written communication in both English and Chinese with strong interpersonal skills

4. Market vision and the ability to achieve marketing excellence

5. Strong coaching and mentoring skill

6. Strong leadership skill

7. Computer literacy and database management skills are important

8. Able to work under pressure. Multi tasked, attention to details and self-driven

9. Highly analytical and good command of ppt and report writing
