II – 工作目标Primary Objectives of the Position

Design and execute SCM strategies that support the business by optimizing costs, quality, and reliability of suppliers and supplied products.

III – 主要工作职责Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Supplier development and Supply Chain optimization

？ a.Responsible for market analysis and supplier profile analysis. Make plan for new supplier development and supplier improvement to enhance the supplier base.

？ b.Analyze and optimize the supply/value chain. Implements effective sourcing strategies in line with business strategy. Designs and implements plans to ensure that suppliers have the capability and capacity to meet current and future business.

？ c.Multi-sourcing management to mitigate supply risk.

2. Contract management and supplier relationship management

？ a.Defines and establishes supply agreements with all major suppliers in line with company directives and guidelines.

？ b.Coordinate commercial issues with suppliers. Build and maintain supplier relationship in line with the requirements of integrity and compliance.

3. Achieve the business target, e.g. total cost control, supplier performance improvement.

？ a.Works to optimize the total cost and quality at all stages of the product development.

？ b.Cost analysis and cost control by various approaches, e.g. RfQ, bidding, e-sourcing, benchmark, outsourcing and etc.

？ c.Work cross functions to continuously optimize the technical specification and the manufacture process and contribute to cost saving of purchased materials/parts/service.

？ d.Manage supplier on-time and on-quality delivery to meet company KPI target.

？ e.Work cross functions to manage suppliers’ production capacity to meet the demand periodicity, e.g. cooperating with related functions for demand and forecast management, plan and coordinate with suppliers to improve production flexibility.

4. Project management for new products

？ a.Responsible for sourcing of R&D and P/E projects and coordinate all SCM activities according to the project target and planning

？ b.Responsible all SCM gate model activities, arranging project SCM gate meetings as required and creating and maintaining the project documents related to SCM.

IV – 岗位要求Qualifications & Requirements

教育背景

Education Background Bachelor or Master degree, preferably with Electronics major

岗位知识/技能

1.Position Knowledge/Skills 1. At least 3 years working experiences with sourcing / supply chain management  background in manufacturing industry and have sourcing experience with electronic parts, e.g. PCBA, capacitors, resistors, IC, relay, CT, and etc..

2. Good negotiation and communication skills.

3. Result oriented and take ownership.

4. Strategic and systematic thinking.

5. Continuous Improvement focus.

Language Skills Good written and oral communications skills in English
