1、参与系统需求调研、需求分析和文档编写；

2、参与JAVA后端的研发，要求开发出高并发、高可靠性的系统；

3、与前端开发人员进行代码集成和接口对接；

4、参与系统性能优化、测试和部署。

任职资格：

1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历；3年以上J2ee开发经验，具有一定的Web开发经验；

2、精通Java及面向对象设计开发，精通Spring、Mybatis、Redis、Shiro等开源框架,熟悉自动代码生成工具的工作原理；

3、精通Linux系统下的Java编程，能熟练的编写bash脚本和应用Tomcat、Nginx等网络服务器；

4、精通Sql的编写和优化，能熟练的使用和管理Mysql、Oracle、MongoDB等常用数据库，并有一定的数据库设计能力；熟悉Redis/Memcache等缓存数据库；

5、熟悉常用设计模式，有大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用性系统设计开发经验；

6、具备良好的沟通合作技巧，较强的责任心及团队合作精神，有创业精神，有比较强的抗压能力；

7、有发布过开源作品的优先，有VR/AR/MR工作经历或对该行业有兴趣的优先。
