As a Business Development Manager, you will be part of the Robotics and Motion (RM) Division and Drives and Control Business Unit (BU), based in Beijing. Robotics and Motion (RM) division offers a wide range of products and services including drives, motors, generators and robots. Key applications include energy conversion, actuation, automation, standardized manufacturing cells for applications such as machine tending, welding, cutting, painting, finishing, palletizing and packing, and engineered systems for the automotive industry.

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible to Formulate, communicate, implement and evaluate strategic and tactical business development plans for Drives, RM China.

Your Tasks as a Business Development Manager will include the following:

？ Define business development strategy according to overall strategy of Drives, RM China.
？ Evaluate market conditions, including market trend and competitors, prepare sales development plans and define new business directions, broaden business channel and expand the market share.
？ Liaise with global resources regarding competitive situation, best practices, market feedback, customer satisfaction and product development roadmap.
？ Submit business reports regularly, maintain close collaboration with related business department.
？ Prepare presentations and update marketing material as required.
？ Communicate with the sales team to ensure success execution of business development strategy and plans.
？ Contribute in other tasks from LBU Manager, Drives, RM China.

？ Bachelor degree or above in Electrical Engineering and Automation or equivalent background coupled with 5+ years of working experience in Sales.
？ Familiar with Sales development.
？ Agile, good communication, actively motivated, teamwork.
？ Willing to travel frequently.
？ Good language ability in Chinese and English.
