JOB SUMMARY: Support in a variety of accounting duties inclusive of transactional processing, assist in the preparation and review of timely and accurate financial statements, executive management reports, financial & cost analysis, and financial audits.

S/he will provide financial oversight to ensure that the financial records are complete, accurate and comply with generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP), policies and regulations.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Supervise monthly book-keeping process to follow both US-GAAP and PRC-GAAP and dealing with financial audits at year end

· Support the preparation of key management report and relevant financial analysis for management and other key stakeholders.

· Support the set-up of financial policy and financial related system for Park operation

· Help the finance director to complete monthly funding forecast.

· Help the finance director to complete other periodically reports required by Group.

· Help the finance director to cooperate with external consultants on tax issues.

· Others as required by the hiring manager.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required

· Good Knowledge in SAP is necessary

· 6+ years’ experience in accounting, project-based accounting in Foreign owned Company or accounting outsourcing firm or Joint venture or similar role/experience

· Good spoken and written English

· Self-motivated, energetic, and keen to learn new skills

· Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organization

· Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment
