Corporate Real Estate Manager

Your role

Are you a strong executor for corporate real estate initiatives? Are you enthusiastic about managing workplace? We're looking for someone like that who can:

  

• provide subject matter expertise to manage projects and initiatives within deadlines

• lead a team of corporate real estate and corporate services professionals, managing relationship with both internal stakeholders and external vendors

• make sure that best practices are used across entities and countries

      

Your team

You’ll be working in the Group Corporate Services (GCS) team in China, with a focus on UBS (China) Limited entity, based in Beijing. We provide a business-enabling and efficient working environment for the UBS offices globally. GCS is organized along a number of operational streams including Real Estate, Property Management / Critical Infrastructure, Design & Projects, Workspace Planning, Security and Corporate Services.

  

Your experience and skills

You have:

  

• 8 years and above relevant experiences in leading Fortune 500 multinational companies

• a proven track record on managing projects and work streams within deadlines

• ability to standardize best practices and manage vendor relationship across entities and countries

• at least 10 years' solid corporate real estate and/or corporate services experience with a focus on China portfolio.

a strong understanding on regulatory landscape in China for a global organization

You are:

• able to understand, interpret and draw conclusions from management and financial data

• able to work proactively and independently

• a skilled team player, able to communicate change and connect with colleagues at all levels

• a degree holder in Real Estate, Property Management or related disciplines;

• fluent in English and Mandarin, both verbal and written
