We’re looking for someone like you who can help us:

– maintain stable, high performance and effective production infrastructure

– support incident management and problem management

– resolve issues among various system environments

– coordinate with regional infrastructure support teams to execute production changes

– track, report production environment's performance, and escalate issues in timely manner

– plan and manage infrastructure EOL activities

– lead production environment configuration management and capacity management

– participate in projects to support environment setup, testing and release

Your team:

You’ll be working in the bank IT team in Beijing. We are working together with aspiration to provide trusted IT services and project support to the bank to support the ambitious growth plan of wealth management business in China.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

– hands-on skills in running infrastructure support

– DBA and middleware certified will be a plus

– decent knowledge on configuration and capacity management

– the ability to interpret a set of technical requirements and develop robust infrastructure solutions

– experience in analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills

You are:

– passionate about supporting IT systems infrastructure

– technically savvy with an appreciation for IT capability

– adaptable, able to work across teams and functions

– a confident communicator that can explain technology to non-technical audiences

– fluent in English and Mandarin
