Are you passionate about tax issues? We’re looking for someone like that who can:

– Familiar with related tax laws, rules and regulations, and be able to collect the latest tax requirements in order to satisfy the consulting inquiry internally;

– Conduct tax management to UBSS and its subsidiaries;

– Keep good relationships with related tax authorities and can communicate with them timely and smoothly. Prepare and apply applicable tax reduction from tax bureau;

– Prepare and submit various types of tax analysis reports/documents accurately to local tax authorities on time;

– Calculate, report and wire the tax payable monthly in accordance with tax laws and regulations to local/state tax authorities.

– Review the tax related reports, applications, and other documents submitted by subsidiaries to local tax bureaus. Review and complete withholding taxes for overseas payment, and coordinate with tax agency for related issues;

– Organize and archive tax files in accordance with the company requirements;

– Manage VAT in the aspect of invoice and calculations;

– Organize CIT tax audit and related party special audit each year;

– Handle companywide annual CIT reporting and related submission works;

– Study on new business requests and provide constructive tax related suggestions.

– Provide supporting to local finance, and the group tax department in HK and internal clients;

*Your team :

You’ll be working in the Finance team in Beijing. Our role is to provide supporting in all tax and provide important tax reporting according to China Tax law.

*Your experience and skills :

You have:

– a master’s degree in accounting, business administration, finance or tax law

– previous experience in a similar role dealing with technical tax queries as well as relationships with authorities

– proven knowledge of accounting and taxation principles

– the ability to identify tax risk and an understanding of the relevant local controls aimed at controlling these risks

You are:

– are a good communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues in all business division and at all levels

– able to stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines (you’re calm under pressure)

– comfortable working autonomously

– fluent in Chinese and English
