岗位职责：

1、负责挖掘当地潜在商户，为平台的商户内容生产负责；

2、根据数据和阶段性目标，制定商户在平台的玩法及规则；

3、关注商户体验，对影响商户行为和使用体验方面进行监控，及时有效的提出产品的优化方案；

4、长期与客户保持良好关系，维系关键商户，最终为业绩指标负责

任职要求：1、大学本科，4年以上工作经验，精通韩语、有传统媒体、互联网知名产品（微博、门户等）从业经验者优先； 

2、热爱商户运营，了解行业内类似产品最新动态，及时做出反馈；

3、对数据敏感，能够从数据变化中发现问题并给出改进建议，思维逻辑清晰；

4、出色的沟通协调能力，执行力强，承压能力强。
