职位描述
Position Description:
This position will be responsible for open source cloud software initiatives for HXT’s ARMv8 based processor targeting data center server market. The manager will report to Senior Director for Application and Solution, in Huaxintong Beijing.
Main Responsibility:
- Lead an engineering team to enable HXT ARMv8 based processor and platforms. Drive the team to efficiency improve and optimize of the big data operation platform. Leverage the data mining technology on collected system data of the big data platform, to improve the operating platform’s reliability and team operating efficiency.
- Lead the team to optimize kernel and middle performance , troubleshooting, bug fix updates, and core build.
-Lead the team to tune the cloud infrastructure components for the maximum performance, use automatic way to optimize the deployment and configuration to deliver the IaaS and service.
-Lead the team to design and tune the system management, clustering and storage management, virtualization.
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 10 years of software development experience using Linux or UNIX
- Strong knowledge in system programming, Linux kernel, device driver and toolchain. Familiar with Git/Gerrit source code management tool.
- Experience on systems programming using Linux or UNIX operating systems
- Strong knowledge on data center stack and application development such as DPDK/ODP, LAMP, Hadoop, OpenStack, KVM/LXC, IaaS/PaaS.
- Familiar with any of the following processors architecture: ARM, x86 or PowerPC. Prefer to have multi-core knowledge.
- Experienced in working with customer engagement on technical support and joint development.
- Rich Experience on developing enterprise software for server or network devices at least one of the following areas: Data Center, Networking, Storage or access devices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good teamwork adaptability, good oral and written English skills, self-motivated.
Education Requirement:
- M.Sc. or Ph.D. degree from China top universities with major on Computer Science, EE or Automation etc
