Responsibilities:

• Analyze and translate the business requirements into architectural designs and technology solutions
• Identify the impact from new change request, ensure all impacted up/down stream applications are listed and well considered
• Review demand request raised from business side, work with business and IT project management team to ensure requirements are clearly and correctly expressed, and project documents are filled
• Evaluate the best architectural solutions and best course of actions to achieve the raised demand
• Objectively assess the impact of the existing technology / application stack and develop a mature path to migrate toward a more integrated technology / application platform adhering to technology / application strategy
• Manage multiple and conflicting priorities, make judgmental decisions under difficult situations
• Guide and coach PM to follow the existing organization EA management process
• Coordinate with PMO to update demand status on time
• Work closely with management team to proactively identify issues and risks, monitor progressive status, resolve issues and mitigate risk

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of EA working experience
• Technical translating skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
• Extensive practical experience on the design and further development of large application landscapes
• Proficient presentation skills to small and large groups of mixed business, technical and management audiences
• Independent and result focused in fast paced environment
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Team player and collaborator
• Strong PPT skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Strongly Desired:

• TOGAF certified
• Solid knowledge of automotive financial services (auto finance) industry
• Consulting experience with good client facing skills
