Responsibilities:

？ Coordinate or participate in all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation, training and closure

？ Ensure that the project achieves the expected results within time and on budget

？ Ensure effective ongoing communication throughout the project

？ Meet with key managers to coordinate meetings, assignments and deadlines

？ Communicate changes to appropriate parties. Identify issues and resolve or escalate them as appropriate

？ Track progress towards achievement of project goals, and reflect the updated information in project status reports

？ Facilitate complex team meetings involving business and technical resources. Demonstrate credibility as an IT partner to ensure business and technology decisions are reached to support business goals and objectives

？ Maintain project documents and prepare activity reports for management

Qualifications:

？ Engineering / computer science or other IT related background is preferred

？ 3+ years of IT project management working experience

？ Excellent knowledge on BI tools (SAP BO)

？ Proficient presentation skills to small and large groups of mixed business, technical and management audiences

？ Independent and result focused in fast paced environment

？ Strong analytical and problem solving skills

？ Team player and collaborator

？ Strong PPT skills

？ Good written and verbal communication skills in English

Strongly Desired:

？ PMP certified (or other project management certification)

？ Solid knowledge of automotive financial services (auto finance) industry

？ Consulting experience with good client facing skills
