Responsibility:

?Definition and planning of project milestones and sub-tasks

?Tracking of progress and milestones

?Escalation to Management

?Set-up and execute project reporting

?Arrange project-relevant appointments and supplier management

?Arrange workshops with business partners

?Defining, designing and conceptualizing presentations for management and strategy circles

?Create structured requirements documentation, which can be understood by all related par-ties

? Documentation of project results

? Documentation of agreements, meetings or telephone conferences related to the projects

? Weekly status reports or on request

Requirement:

• 5+ years’ experience of automobile engineering, consulting experience is preferred.
• Strong experience in leading complex technical projects
• Strong experience cross-functional communication and coordination work
• Strong experience in Autonomous Driving technology
• Very Strong organization and communication skills with target audience on top management and board level
• Strong language knowledge: English (business fluent) is mandatory. Chinese (business fluent level) is a big advantage
• Highly motivated, resilient and self-driven
