1.Ensure that the right product is manufactured and delivered to meet company's standard and requirement in supplier side.

2. Work together with vendor to review and follow up electronic parts technical file (BOM, Schematic, Gerber, Specification )

3.To be interface between R & D and manufacturer, to make manufacturer to understand requirement clearly, and to feedback problems happened in manufacturer

4. Guide electronic components test and qualification in test lab in AASH

5.Participate to qualify new supplier with sourcing and quality function

6.Be responsible for the Electronic Product manufacturing process review together with vendors.

7.Trouble shooting with vendor and R & D (analysis and following up)

8. Assist cost estimation for new product development

9. ECN (Engineering Change Notice) on electronic issues implementation and action plan issuing

10. Be responsible for Electronic Technical Support to other department
Requirements

11. Analyze and follow up to solve technical complain and lead or assist to take corrective action to prevent similar problem from happening again.



Skills and abilities

1.Bachelor degree on electronic or similar educational background engineering

2.At least 5 years working experience on electronic field

3.Experience on RFID,LCU,PBCA, SW is plus.

4.Familiar with electronic design tools

5.Ability on decision-making & problem solving

6.Well-organized & cooperated, Effective communication skill

7.Fluent English (speaking, reading and writing)
