Responsible :

1.This position will support all area's associated to materials and finishes including lock and safe regarding supplier / product qualification, material quality, and process control.

2.Focal point for performance and problem corrective action for materials and finishes used in products as well as evaluating supplier capacity to meet production requirements.

3. Develops and lead the process improvement to identify and resolve deficiencies and cost down

4. Serves as the internal consultant to coach and provide support in order to achieve desired business results.

5. Responsible to identify, analyze, and proactively communicate with key stakeholders issues that may bring risk to the quality or launch of a product. Actively participate in the development of new processes and ensure adherence to specific goals.

6.Establish relationship with key vendors and relative institution to ensure us always aware of new finish technology

7.Establish schedule for developing new material application and finishes to ensure those are available prior to being required for business.

8.Analyze and take lead to solve technical complain and lead or assist to improve to prevent similar problem from happening again.



Skills and abilities

· Deep knowledge of wide range of finish technologies with particular emphasis on plating, PVD, painting, printing, Be familiar with material application including brass, zamak ,steel etc,

·Leadership and Communication skills.

· Project management experience is plus

·Fluent English (speaking, reading and writing)

· Experience in working in manufacturing environment

· Understand cost impact of design decisions

· Bachelor degree with 3+ years experience, Chemical Engineering or Chemistry preferred
