* RFQ and negotiation toensure reasonable purchasing price achieved with optimal vendor selection.

* Purchasingproductivity realization including but not limited to negotiation， supplierchange and cost benchmark among different suppliers

* Projects leading orcollaboration cross-functionally to ensure projects target met.

* Lead or coordinatewith related departments for vendors' performance improvement, especially incase of on time delivery

and quality.

* Operational supportfor actions related up-stream supply chain improvement.

* Vendor management incase of commodity strategy implementation, business concentration, new vendorintroduction and vendor

relationship management.

1. Minimum 5 years purchasing or sourcing experience of direct material

2. Fluency in English

3. Bachalor degree or above
