· Drive process excellence in company commercial operation functions to achieve org. efficiency, including but not limited to sales, project management, order management, performance measurement.

· Identify, initiate and drive improvement for operation process optimization/integration to enhance operation efficiency and strategy effectiveness.

· Lead and support the process implementation projects to achieve the target

· Process management including continuously improve process capability and coordinate new process development

· Ensure the efficiency structure is fit for business requirements

· Prepare and deliver executive presentation to win stakeholder support.

· Education: Bachelor Degree – Master preferred

· Job Related Experience: More than 8 years working experience in MNC, with rich process management and project management knowledge and experience, consulting company experience preferred

· With innovative and strategic thinking

· With rich business experience and high cross team collaboration and communication capability

· With hands-on capability as a key individual contributor

· With leadership when leading the project team

· Fluent English communication skill
