岗位职责:
Research, design and implement cutting-edge machine learning (reinforcement learning) algorithms to support business strategies and improve business bottom-line.
Collaborate with other researchers, engineers, and product managers (both in Beijing and Silicon Valley).
Maintain a current understanding of research trends in the areas of machine learning, artificial intelligence, and optimization.
Contribute to Company's intellectual property through patents and publications.
任职资格:
PhD in Computer Science, Operations Research, Electrical Engineering or a related field with a focus in machine learning, artificial intelligence, and/or optimization.
Outstanding research track record, with evidence through publication in renowned journals, conferences or open-source contributions.
Experience in designing and implementing large-scale machine learning algorithms and models with solid programming skills in such languages as Python, C++, Java, Scala; and machine learning tools such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn.
Good working knowledge in distributed technologies such as Hadoop, Hive, Spark.
Experience in deep reinforcement learning strongly preferred.
Experience in optimization models and methodologies preferred.
