Job Responsibilities

1. Establishes the company’s technical vision and leads all aspects of the company’s technological development，including but not limited to the overall planning of the system, architecture design, system analysis and design, core code writing, and technical management.

2. Organizes research on the development of the Internet finance application industry as well as strategic planning for technology development, implementation and supervision;

3. Responsible for platform R&D and core technology management; determinations on major technology and implementations on technical solutions.

4. Responsible for developing various management systems, technical specifications and business processes related to technology;

5. Responsible for generating technical specifications and coding specifications, tracking the actual compliance of the development process;

6. Responsible for statistical analysis reports on various technical work related data, puting forward reasonable suggestions for product development;

7. Conducts the construction and management of the company's technical team, including professional training, technical guidance, performance evaluation and incentives, improving the technical level of the team.

Qualifications

1. Overseas study experience (preferred)； first-class degree of computer, software engineering related majors;

2. Have a basic understanding of Internet finance, investment, wealth management and bank deposits; excellent in implementation methods of platform design patterns, important frameworks, and technologies;

3. Experience of leading a technical team with more than 15 people; adapts to the pressure of the entrepreneurial team;

4. Rich experience in multi-project management and control; familiar with project management process, system analysis design, design mode;

5. Get hold of the development trend of the industry and the development trend of key technologies with keen and accurate insight and meticulous logic thinking.

6. Experience in financial systems, product development, and large-scale Internet sites is preferred;

7. Strong leadership skills, great organizational management skills , good interpersonal coordination and communication skills;
