工作职责：
1、协助物业管理各项规章制度的贯彻与执行，并对执行情况进行监督；
2、负责制定和完善工程管理、维修管理及技术档案资料管理等制度；
3、负责指导各设施设备的日常运行管理和监督；
4、负责监督对下属公司筹备期项目的工程前期介、接管与验收；
5、负责与施工单位、监理单位及相关职能部门的沟通协调；
6、维护与客户的良好关系，处理重大投诉及重要客户的接待；
7、负责项目物业管理班子的组织搭建与管理；
8、指导具体保安、保洁、保绿、维修业务的开展，协调企业内部关系，确保企业运营流程秩序的通畅；
9、保持良好公共关系及社会形象，积极推动物业管理的品牌化建设。

岗位要求：
1、相关专业本科及以上学历；
2、具备8年以上物业管理工作经验，有大型商业楼宇、综合体、高端住宅物业项目管理经验；
3、具备实施技术培训和指导属下员工的能力，熟知国家法律法规及行业最新政策，能独立完成物业管理项目整体运作（包括物业公司的前期组建及后期实质管理）；
4、中级或以上专业职称；熟悉office软件的操作；熟练掌握各业态物业管理专业知识，熟悉物业管理各项专业操作规程；
5、良好的文字及口头表达能力，较强的组织协调能力及管理领导能力。
