Mission
Responsible for daily operation of IT service line, forecast, cost analysis and relevant reports.
What are my responsibilities?
1. Responsible for Operation of IT service line, including review contract of vendor and customer, purchase order control, cost booking and monthly billing.
2. Responsible for budget and forecast of IT cost, and monitoring actual booking result and comparing with budget and forecast.
3. Provide competitive analysis on three dimensions of IT cost - service view, cost view and receiver view.
4. Provide relevant reports, cost center report, productivity report, service line report and so on.
What do I need to qualify for this job?
At least 3 years experience of commercial, financial and accounting;
Strong analysis and summary capability preferred;
Good English, both written and oral; Good excel skill;
Good communication and team working attitude even in the stressful conditions sometimes.
