What are my responsibilities?
• Provide business and IT liaisons as single-contact-window and major communication channel to the business aligned with the defined communication concept/contents and country specific context.
• Provide inputs to ensure IT Strategy is aligned with the business needs and in support of Business Strategy.
• Manage the portfolio of demands, projects and services in your area of responsibility, in alignment with Division HQ and Lead Country business.
• Act as owner of business required specific IT projects, in charge of business-organizational aspects of an IT project and accountable for lifecycle.
• Clarifies cases as an escalation point.
• Support the Lead Country IT Manager as partner for the business functions, to structure, align and plan business demands and match this demand with the IT supply functions’ capacity.
• Manage and specify business information (budget, forecast, actuals and consumptions) for divisional services or projects that is essential for setting up priorities with regards to IT, in liaison with Lead Country IT Manager and Business Administration team.
• Understand, measure, drive and report customer satisfaction from senior/key stakeholder perspective
• Initiate and execute intra departmental communication and improvement activities, to ensure maximum alignment of the IT with business priorities and facilitate demand capturing.
What do I need to qualify for this job?

• Strong academic history (degree in IT, Computer Science, Business or Finance).
• At least 4-5 years of professional experience.
• Excellent person to person communication skills are required, with a track record of relationship building and liaison with business functions.
• Previous experience in a Multinational Corporation with Industry background preferred.
• The ability to work on your own initiatives/ be able to work to tight deadlines.
• Passion and proven experience working in a multicultural environment.
• Fluent in written and spoken English. Chinese is an advantage.
