What are my responsibilities?

1. Create NPI team with cross function members to do NPI projects and success to finish all NPI period tasks before the project transfer to mass production.

2. Need to create the production concept and planning for the project, evaluate the budget for the project and product price estimate and calculation is must. Control the project production plan and every work package status (Work cell create, equipment developing, production documents develop and etc. ), especially the cost, schedule and quality.

3. Coordinate the resource to do the trial run for NPI project in production before it transfers to mass production. And trial report as output is must.

4. Performance evaluation for project team engineers.

5. Any other relevant tasks

What do I need to qualify for this job?

1. More than 5 years working experience in electronic manufacture and at least 3 years projects management;

2. Familiar with projects management knowledge and professional used, especially management skill

3. Knowledge of production process;

4. Strong conflict solving skill;

5. Bachelor degree or above; PMP certificate is better
