r？ Supplier development and project management
供应商开发和项目管理。

r？ Support the new product development and/or product transfer/localization

新产品开发以及产品转移和国产化的支持。

r？ Be responsible for managing and follow up localization- and cost saving-project

负责国产化项目管理、追踪等工作。？

Job Responsibilities岗位职责(详细描述) :

r？ Project coordination within purchasing team (e.g. Project tracking & coordination, regular project status meetings with global/ local Purchasing team, collaboration with plant project team)

采购团队的项目协调 （如项目跟踪与协调， 与国外/国内采购团队定期的项目状态会议以及与工厂项目组的合作）

r？ 1st point of contact for product areas (development, manufacturing, quality);
对于产品跟其他部门的第一步的联系人，如工艺，技术，生产，质量部门;

r？ Be responsible for new product or localization parts project purchasing, including planning, SQP, TSR, lesson learn, feasibility confirmation of supplier, process approval of supplier for new part ect.;
负责新产品或者国产化产品的项目采购工作,包括计划制定,供应商的质量计划,技术规范确认, 相关产品历史经验, 供应商产能确认, 以及供应商工艺能力确认;

r？ Know-how carrier for product or product functions;？
对产品或者产品的相关功能know-how;

r？ Place sample orders and following up sourcing / localization project;
负责发放样品订单，国内或者国产化项目进展;

r？ Project management, reduce cost;
项目管理,成本降低;

r？ Realization of project goals for external procurement (Q,K,L);
实现对外采购的项目目标, 如质量, 关键特性, 物流等;

Support the PUR-Q team and QMM department to solve the Supplier Quality Issues and improve supplier Quality Performance;
配合采购部-质控组和质量部解决供应商质量问题，提高供应商的交货质量水平

Qualifications

r？ B.A degree on mechanical engineering or metallurgy.
机械制造或材料专业大学本科学历。

r？ Minimum 1-3 years’ technical and commercial experience from casting and forging parts machining in related ares (PUE, MOE, TEF, ENG etc.)
1-3年以铸造类和锻件类机加工零件的相关领域技术背景（如项目采购,生产,工艺, 设计etc.）

r？ Good language skills in English.
良好的英语沟通（听说读写）能力

r？ Good communication skill & interpersonal skill

良好的沟通技巧和人际关系

r？ Open minded, esp. when facing problems of intercultural work and matrix structure multiple interests

思路开阔. 如: 面对不同文化和交叉利益的问题时

r？ Honest, high degree of self initiative and persistent working attitude.
为人诚实且能够在较大压力下自我激励

Good knowledge and application of MS-Office and SAP.
熟练使用电脑及Office系列软件及SAP相关软件
