Job Description

Responsible for quality management of gearbox products
负责减速机产品的质量管理

- As a member of the product quality group, contribute to the continuous improvement of product quality;
- Perform root cause analysis, participate in cross functional problem solving teams, compile 8D reports;
- Participate in quality circles and regular shop floor meetings
- Support Process-FMEA's, handle Initial Samples, support product-, process- and customer audits,
- Support and perform containment and corrective actions and monitor the effectiveness;
- Participate in special quality projects.

- 作为产品质量组的一员，进行产品质量持续改进工作
- 进行根本原因分析，参加跨部门问题解决小组，做8D报告
- 参加相关质量会议和车间例会
- 支持P-FMEA，处理样品验证工作，支持产品、过程和客户审核
- 支持并执行围堵和改正措施并跟踪其有效性
- 参加一些特别质量项目

Qualifications

- University degree in mechanical engineering or related;
- Practical experience in production quality work, knowledge of quality management methods;
- Experience with root cause analysis and problem solving methods (e.g. 8D, FMEA);
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering technology and products;
- Good team player with interpersonal skills and further potential to develop;
- High level of spoken and written English.
