Bosch Rexroth (Beijing) Hydraulic Co., Ltd. is located in Beijing Economic and Technological Development Area (BDA). The company covers an area of 64,598 square meters. It currently has 800 employees, devoted to providing travel, swing and winch gear boxes, hydraulic pump and motor, valve and compact hydraulics together with other services to customers in mobile application. Our organization is concentrated to R&D, manufacturing, logistics and commercial functions. As one of Bosch Rexroth's most important manufacturing bases in China, Bosch Rexroth (Beijing) Hydraulic Co., Ltd. has been making great contribution to the fast - paced development of China's manufacturing industry.

Job Description

? Lead cross functional development project teams with main responsibilities of budget, cost, milestone and timeline, quality and delivery
? Effectively follows our methodology and processes and enforces internal projects standards
? Define project scope, goals and deliverables, develop project plan and communication documents
? Identify resources needed and assigns individually tasks and responsibilities to team members
? Prepare review meetings and quality gateways and assures project documents are completed
? Effectively communicate relevant project information to superiors and stakeholders
? Motivate team to work together in the most efficient manner and resolves conflicts within the team

Qualifications

? Master degree in mechanics or hydraulics
? Native language Chinese with fluent English
? Have the knowledge and experience in an engineering department for hydraulic components
? 5 years’ experience as project manager with responsibility for cost, time schedule and target setting
? Regular reporting to management
? Motivation and Team work spirit
