Job Description
GL
- Accurate financial statement report deliver
- Government report complete on time. Including the report requested by local bureau of finance, statistical bureau and so on
- Monthly reconciliation prepare
- Necessary manual journal adjust during closing
- Drive process improvement and simplification
？Intercompany
- Internal account receivable: do cash receipt timely, unapplied cash clear timely
- Internal account payable: payment document check; according to payment schedule and payment term, arrange payment release timely; monitor invoice aging, ensure no aged invoice more than 180 days
- Closing: do intercompany variance check, identify root cause of disconnect items, do manual adjustment or push counterpart to do necessary adjustment to ensure no disconnection
- Reconciliation: prepare intercompany recons monthly, follow up and clear up open items timely
- Data request: ensure accurate data provide to internal and external

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree and above
- 3-5 years relevant working experience
- Excellent skills on MS office
- Excellent writing and speaking in CN and EN
