岗位职责：

1. 3rd party invoice collect and manage

- Collect invoice from vendor and employee

- Update invoice tracker everyday

- Voucher and invoice manage, ensure no invoice loss

2. 3rd party payment process

- According to Bosch central directive to do payment documents check

- According to payment schedule and payment term, arrange payment timely

- Issue invoice, issue payment document follow up

- Payment status inquiry

- Invoice verification

- GRIR clearing

3. Be finance gate keeper for PR approval

- PR approve, ensure consist account use

4. E-reimbursement payment

- Lead intern to do e-reimbursement documents check

- Provide e-reimbursement training to employees

- Monitor e-reimbursement system flow, ensure right booking and system stable

5. Other

- Support auditor complete internal and external audit

- Prepare input VAT reconciliation

- Other assignment from manager

任职要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above in finance, accounting or related subjects

2. 1-3 years experience in accounting

3. Proficient in MS office and accounting software

4. Familiar with PRC accounting and regulatory matters

Bosch Thermotechnology (Beijing) Co., Ltd. is wholly foreign owned subsidiaries of Bosch Thermotechnik Holding B.V. Founded in 2000, the company is mainly in business of distributing products to China Markets, including Cast-ironing Boilers, Steel Boilers, Wall-hung Boilers and its accessories, water heater, as well as Solar and Heat pump products. The head office is located in Beijing. There are above 300 staffs. Our business spread over 36 provinces around China, and have branch company and after sales service centers in Shanghai and Xi’an. In Nanjing, there is a manufactory of solar products. Our mission is not only to be a boiler supplier, but also to provide entire heating system solutions to meet various requirements by our customers.
