It currently has 800 employees, devoted to providing travel, swing and winch gear boxes, hydraulic pump and motor, valve and compact hydraulics together with other services to customers in mobile application. Our organization is concentrated to R&D, manufacturing, logistics and commercial functions. Job Description

1, Design vehicle control strategy based on requirement analysis of mobile machinery
2, Design electrical control system (controllers, sensors, actuators, functions, etc.)
3, Design software structure and program based on electrical control strategy and functions
4, Validate functions and responsible for final deliverables
5, Lead projects in China market and support technical issues in Asia-Pacific area
6, Contribute in global platform software development and support outcomes accordingly
7, Explore in new areas by innovation projects (IOT, Connectivity, Automatic drive etc)
8, Self-motivated and grow in agile team
1，基于行走机械功能需求进行分析，设计整车控制方案
2，确定电控系统方案（控制器，传感器，执行机构，控制功能等）
3，基于电控系统方案进行软件架构设计及控制功能编程
4，控制功能的测试及最终产品交付
5，主导中国区项目开发并为亚太区提供技术支持
6，参与全球平台级软件项目开发并承担相应产品全球技术支持
7，参与创新项目的开发 （IOT, Connectivity, Automatic drive etc.)
8，在敏捷团队中自我激励成长

Qualifications

1,？ Bachelor degree and above, majored in mechatronics, automation, control engineering and software engineering
2, Structural and innovative thinking system
3, Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skill with the spirit of initiative
4, Excellent English skill both in oral and written
5, Self motivated in continuous learning and fast learner with analytical methodology to solve problem
6, Experienced in using C, C++, CoDeSys, Simulink, Matlab
1，大学本科以上学历，机械电子，自动化，控制工程，软件工程相关专业
2，结构化思维与创新性思维
3，良好的沟通合作能力与团队合作精神，积极主动精神
4，优秀的英语听说读写能力
5，极强的自我驱动性与持续学习能力，具备系统的分析问题解决问题的能力
6，具备 C, C++, CoDeSys, Simulink, Matlab的知识与实际应用经验
