It currently has 800 employees, devoted to providing travel, swing and winch gear boxes, hydraulic pump and motor, valve and compact hydraulics together with other services to customers in mobile application. Our organization is concentrated to R&D, manufacturing, logistics and commercial functions. Job Description

1: Create and update standard documents, including: FMEA, CP, WI, etc.
2: Responsible for Q problem solving, such as rework, Q-table, customer claim, machine & measuring tools capability analysis
3: Responsible for improving work efficiency via introducing quick changeover tools, adopting new process of work flow & transition, etc.
4: Optimization tools fixtures from following points: safety, reliability, flexibility, localization, etc.
5: Responsible for all technical issue, including research product problem, require engineering change if necessary; maintain production list, parameter, program, etc.
6: Value stream mapping & design, system continuous improvement？ and related report
7: New part number or new product introduction, and lead the relocation project
8. Other compact hydraulic (CH) related projects

Qualifications

1). Three years working experience in mechanical/hydraulic engineering
2). Assembly and testing knowledge ( setup of new assembly and testing process,adjustment, etc.)
3). Experience in tightening, pressing, measuring technology
4). Basic knowledge of VSM, VSD, lean basic knowledge(min.requirement)
5). Experience in Q-improvement project
6). Basic statistic knowledge (Cmk, Cpk)
7). English in reading and writing
8). Project coordinating and management skill is required
9). Knowledge on compact hydraulic, control valve or construction machinery is preferred

Additional Information

This position requires strong working capability of planning and controlling in order to fulfill the defined target, also requires English communication skill to communicate with foreign counterparts.
