1、具备较强的文案功底、具备互联网思维、产品思维、运营思维

2、具备一定的数据分析能力，能通过数据挖掘，专题分析等手段优化服务策略、开展活动分流、效率提升等工作技能

3、对运营、内容营销有一定的工作经验

4、熟悉管理后台的操作

5、用户数据版块：从用户的注册、浏览、消费、复购、评价及用户价值等维度对用户进行分析，输出用户分析报告；

6、根据用户数据，策划红包、积分等分用户群的维度活动；

7、专项负责用户留存率提升版块，包括：沉默流失用户唤回（积分、红包活动，短信、PUSH及DM触发）以及活跃用户维护；

8、整体负责APP的PUSH、用户短信项目；

8.1 APP PUSH：广播及组播文案撰写、用户筛选；

8.2 促销短信用户群筛选及文案撰写、触发类短信梳理定制；

9、协助开展用户画像、会员体系搭建等项目；承接所有用户运营相关工作，促进PC端、APP、微信端运营的不断完善；

10、对公司开发的平台项目的原型、交互提出合理化意见，并推进执行

11、后期同时负责用户中心及内容频道运营；

招聘条件：

1、40岁以下，3年以上工作经验或零售行业网络平台运营经验

2、互联网相关专业毕业，统招本科以上学历

3、具备互联网思维，敢想、敢做、勇于承担的做事精神

FBRX had been the exclusive distributor of Zwilling for north China district since 1998.
从1998年最初6家5平米的柜台发展成后来30多家高端商场的平均120平米的柜台。
The shops increased from 6 to 30, and the square enlarged from 5㎡ to 120㎡ in premium shopping malls。
年销售额从1998年的600万逐年增长至1个亿，占据双立人中国销售总额的四分之一。
The annual sales increased from 6 million in 2000 to 100 million year by year, it covered of the sales amount of Zwilling China.
