2. 一年以上翻译公司项目管理经验；

3. 具备优秀的沟通能力和团队合作精神；

4. 工作认真细心，具备较强的自我学习和提升的能力。

岗位职责：

1. 与客户和译员对接，明确客户的需求，并准确转达给译员、审校和排版人员；

2. 对项目进行整体分析（包括使用Trados软件进行分析）和统筹安排，确保项目的质量、工期和成本最优化；

3. 根据项目类型进行文件分派及译稿回收；

4. 负责项目跟进，必要时进行应急调整；

5. 根据审校的反馈对译员进行归类和评级；

6. 与译员进行沟通，反馈意见。
