IP OS organization is responsible for IPOS development together with U.S team. IPOS is a common component for IP and Broadband products

Responsible for development of IP and Broadband products

Participate in requirement definition together with people from System team

Responsible for writing technical documents, e.g. Implementation proposal, Design specification, Test Specification, and etc.

Responsible for coding, unit test, basic integration test of SW functions

Integrate software with third party software modules

Review source code & documents

Solve product technical issues

Efficiently communicate with engineers from other teams in China and other countries

  

Qualifications

M.Sc. or B.Sc in Computer Science or telecommunication engineering or related discipline

Solid C and C++ programming skills

Development experience in IP domain, especially in OAM modules (Neconf/CLI/SNMP) related

Good knowledge on L2 and L3 protocols in IP SW

Good tool development, python is mandatory

It’s plus for candidates to have working experiences in node “performance management” module development.

Good Agile software development mindset

Effective technical communication skills in English

Must be self-motivated, good team player; be able to drive technical issues and obstacles independently;
