职位描述:
This position is responsible for procurement of internal communication &activity (Including: Internal communication event, Festival &Thematic activity, Campus recruitment, Premium, Printing &Gift development with Corporate iconic design &IP, Creative design) for all Bytedance workplace all over the world. The scope of responsibility includes: define the critical business needs, create and execute category sourcing strategies, drive competitive biddings/pitch, lead supplier negotiations, manage supplier performance and critical supplier relationships.

1、Be responsible for corporate internal communication event &activity on time delivery and ensure total cost, quality, service and creativity meet our expectation.
2、Deliver sustainable value to the business through creating and implementing sourcing strategy.
3、Develop a competitive, creative, versatile, agile supplier base. Continuously improve supplier performance through an effective process of supplier sourcing, evaluating, screening, bidding, calibrating, and phasing out.
4、Construct a collaborative and cohesive connection with internal and external stakeholders. Probe their needs and deliver fit-for-purpose product &service to enhance internal client’s satisfaction.
5、Leverage external resource &intelligence as well as optimize internal working process to build/boost our innovation pipeline and Efficiency /Agility to meet customer’s impromptu needs.
6、Ensure compliance with the commercial code of conduct and internal/external governance policies.
职位要求:
1、Bachelor’s degree, majors in marketing, media, communication. MBA or oversea education background are preferred. Certified Purchasing Manager (CIPS, ISM) is also preferred.
2、At least 5 years’ indirect sourcing working experience, at least 3 years working experience in marketing service category (Creative, Mkt Event, Public Relationship, Premium &Gift etc.). High Tech Company., FMCG, Creative agency, Digital media agency working experience are preferred.
3、At least 1 years’ global or pan-region projects’ experience as a leader or key contributor. Oversea working experience is preferred.
4、Good priority setting, conflict management, strategic thinking, and dealing with ambiguity.
5、High learning agility, people agility, and change agility. Open minded and collaborative.
6、Result-driven, getting things done quickly through strong leadership.
7、High commercial ethics and personal integrity &credibility.
8、Fluency in spoken and written English.
