职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责联系会员参加联盟举办的活动；
2、负责组织活动前期准备工作，负责协会活动顺利进行，负责活动后期信息收集、统计、反馈；
3、负责各个联盟所有会员相关的咨询来电的解答；
4、维护会员良好关系；
5、维护、更新会员数据库系统；
6、接待并处理会员投诉；
任职资格：
1、大专科或以上学历, 年龄35岁以下；
2、一年以上行政客户服务工作经验,性格温和,有耐心；
4、有责任心, 有很强的学习能力；
5、具有良好的人际沟通能力, 思维敏捷.
6、有良好的职业素质, 敬业精神和团队合作精神.
