Roles and Responsibilities:

  

 

  

1. Assist to manage a large portfolio of listed clients (in HKEX, NASDAQ, NYSE) who are mainly located in mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau and a few other Asia Pacific countries

2. Support to manage a service team and ensure that all solutions and services are delivered accurately and according to agreed timeframes

3. Assist to implement operational procedures and controls to mitigate risk and increase efficiencies

4. Servicing clients’ and their employees’ daily administrative needs

5. Maintaining, updating and importing employee information held in internal systems and databases

6. Generating reports and reconciliation of accounts and transactions

7. Responding to written, emailed and telephone enquiries from clients and their employees

8. Communicate with Brokers, Banks, Share Registrars and Trusts to meet clients’ requests 

9. Ad hoc tasks as required

                  

 

  

 

  

Qualifications and Skills:

  

 

  

• University graduate with Bachelor Degree or above
• Good command of English is a must, in terms of Writing and Speaking. Cantonese speaking ability would be an advantage  
• About 3 years’ experience in financial service operational field and/or client relationship management field. Experience with Employee Share Plan is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both orally and in writing 

  

• First rate customer service skill
• Good attention to details and excellent command of data processing
• Ability to multi task and strong time management skill
• Strong self-learning skill and high degree of self motivation
• Proven ability to work under minimum supervision and strong pressure to be a team player
• Proven ability to use MS Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level
