Responsibilities:

Responsible for selling Business Travel Solutions in the Middle Market (MM) segment (clients with an yearly travel spend of up to 4 million USD)
Meeting the sales quota for accounts signup, transaction volume, trading revenues and weekly activities
Aggressively seeking competitors’ accounts, and seeking new avenues for new sales
Prospecting client lists in a cold call environment, as well as following up qualified leads from marketing initiatives such as advertising and direct mail
Developing new acquisition channels
Evaluating and prioritizing leads, determining which ones are worth pursuing
Building, enlarging and managing a pipeline of opportunities to ensure targets are achieved
Accurately tracking requested activities logs and data in the CRM system on a weekly basis
Building deep relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Establishing oneself as a trusted advisor, teaching valuable insights to prospects
Researching and understanding clients’ and stakeholders’ needs, positioning a defined suite of products and service solutions that meet requirements
Identifying decision makers and influencers, and tailoring communication accordingly
Building consultative and attractive presentations, influencing clients
Work effectively with Operations and Client Management departments to successfully implement new clients
Complete client paperwork in a timely fashion.
Networking with clients, suppliers, competitorsat public events & forums
Understanding travel industry latest trends, clients’changing business requirements
Supporting regional RFPs by providing accurate information related to China CITS American Express capabilities and ensuring all enquiries pertaining to China are responded timely
Developingever deeper product knowledge, selling skills and ability to influence client decisions
Creatively and independently developing different sales approaches when encountering roadblocks
Ensuring the scope of agreement promised to customers are within the scope of work as outlined in the Statement Of Work and Service Level Agreement
Positively representingwith one’s image and professionalism the superior value of CITS AMEX, making it visible in the market
Actively pooling company resources when needed


Requirements
Passion, stubbornness, firmly committed to the belief that good pay, recognition and career growth come only with very hard work
Eager to be the best, pursuing excellence
Proven track record in sales negotiations and sales closures with national and foreign corporations
Minimum 3 years of direct corporate sales or management of multinational accounts is a must
Proficient in Chinese and English
High energy, professional maturity and resilience.
Positive thinking, result oriented, self-motivated, analytical & articulate
Capable of working under pressure with little or no supervision
Proficiency in creating and delivering attractive and solidpresentations
Understanding the Chinese or global business travel environment is a plus
Good understanding of the business segments (MNCs, SOEs, Govt )
Strong MS Office skills, particularly strength needed in PowerPoint
Knowledge ofCRM systems such as Salesforce.com or similar
A go-getter (result oriented) willing to take calculative risk & adaptable to changing conditions
Have a pleasant personality and approachable presence
