Job Purpose职位目的：

· Assist to work with Mining & C&I customers/OEMs/Sales Dealers to achieve the sales target. Clarify technical issues of Technical Agreement with customers/OEMs/Sales Dealers and coordinate service support operation in China for MTU-Hong Kong and MTU-Suzhou

Key Accountabilities主要职责：

• Assist in the sales of Mining & C%I products in China market

• Attend to sales calls, enquiries and complaints & liaise with MTU-Hong Kong / MTU-Suzhou for the

  follow up

• Review / clarify customers’ requirements / specifications and provide technical solutions / scope of supply for projects with standard scope, or non-standard scope

• Assist to develop, schedule, coordinate and evaluate sales activities for customers (up to commissioning of the product) within the assigned region

• Cooperate with application engineering team of MTU-Asia and China operation to handle and follow up projects and sales orders technically and commercially

• Use the computerized engineering tools / database and technical library and factory standards for the sales engineering work

• Prepare and update technical circulars / notice / documents for the customers/OEMs/Sales Dealers

• Coordinate with Mining team of MTU-Asia to set up and maintain a library of application engineering information and technical data of Mining products

• Prepare and carry out technical presentation on Mining & C&I products and engineering training to customers/OEMs/Sales Dealers

• Any other assignment from time to time 其他工作安排

Key Experiences and any Qualifications职位主要经验和技能要求：

• Degree / Diploma holder in engineering or similar, or possess equivalent qualifications

• At least 5 years relevant working experience related to technical support of engine sales or mining industry or engine application / services

• Good knowledge of engine, awareness of relevant industries and competitors’ products

• Good command of both spoken & written English, good at office softwares

• Possess good initiative and ability to work independently

• Good project management skill, good presentation skill

• Good communication, interpersonal skills and is a good team player
