岗位职责

1.协助运营相关同事进行业务筹备和协调工作，包括但不限于单证、制度、规则等文档收集和梳理；

2. 需要时参与运营服务操作，按照服务环节的规则指引和KPI要求，及时、有效地完成分配的服务工作；

3.了解保险的运营流程，并进行常规调查和学习，以保持对行业基准和***实践的敏感性，不断提升运营技能。

职位要求：

1.熟悉office等办公软件的操作和使用，精通word、excel，文字表达能力强；

2.工作认真细致,工作责任心强,品德良好；

3.大学本科或以上学历，保险、金融专业优先；

4.具有保险或金融服务相关实践经验者优先；

5.有激情，愿意接受挑战，良好的团队意识，思想成熟。

6.每周至少实习三天，时间长（6个月以上）的优先考虑

主要衡量标准：

1.达至目标，遵守指引，准确地完成工作；

2.相关部门包括渠道及其他筹备组同事的满意度；

3.有效地解决问题，有效地沟通。

通过实习，您将可能：

1. 得到资深运营主管的直接指导，学习实践并参与运营、IT和客户服务的筹备相关流程、规则和系统平台的筹备；

2. 多层面的内外沟通及学习相关运营和技术文件的撰写，以及相关的系统和业务知识培训；

3. 根据项目进展以及实习情况，表现优异者未来可能获得优先就业机会。
