职位描述
The Channel Manager role will work closely with China sales operations senior manager to focus on China channel operations management and channel strategy deployment.
Essential duties and responsibilities
Include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
§ This role need lead channel strategy review mechanism across China commercial team stakeholders including commercial leaders, legal, compliance, finance and operations. And facilitate to fix annual channel strategy on yearly basis.
§ This role need establish/maintain distributor performance measurement systems upon existing criteria and communicate with commercial team to secure consensus. She/he need lead the team to hold distributor performance assessment upon this measurement system, and execute follow up plan to improve/recognize distributor upon the performance code.
§ This role owns distributor operations management, including process efficiency, standardization and documentation. She/He leads team to execute the standard workflow and response to internal/external auditing from Global and APAC.She/he is expected to simply the existing working process in conditions that all control points are well controlled.
§ This role need build up distributor review and visit mechanism. Given the fixed distributor measurement mechanism, she/he need routinely have face to face meeting with distributor and review their performance. In this session, she/he need audit distributor routine operations mechanism, communicate/educate distributor team on government policy, global compliance request and Align commercial strategy.
§ We expect the role to participate in new product line channel strategy setup , channel conflict solving and new face distributor introduction session, and contribute channel management comment for final strategy making.
§ Lead team to hold annual distributor meeting;
§ Lead team to run channel change on monthly basis.
§ Lead team to response to contract amendment sign or notice confirmation triggered by business requirements.

Education and/or Experience
§ Bachelor degree or above.
§ At least 6 years plus experiences in commercial roles such as sales, marketing or channel operations role in healthcare industry.
Skills required
§ Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to communicate effectively and tactfully with individuals at all levels within and outside of the company.
§ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multiple-tasks and deadline driven environment.
§ Customer orientated and commercially driven
§ A key understanding of the competitive landscape on healthcare industry business, good business acumen in healthcare.
§ Able to take 30% travel during work.
§ Good at data analysis, and proficient in Microsoft Office including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
