Job Purpose
This is an internal IT support role responsible for IT procurement, purchase follow up as well as IT inventory management from goods receipt through disposal. The incumbent will perform DE IT systems account management and assist IT support analyst on incidents follow up as well as drafting general IT broadcast announcements/IT processes. The incumbent will also be responsible for the safe keeping of the various DE IT documents in Sharepoint libraries and assist in IT operational/administrative tasks as required.
Key Responsibilities
- Procure IT equipment for training centers as well as national purchases
- Track and maintain IT inventories including hardware and software for training centers and national purchases
- Perform account management for standard DE applications
- IT filing and document management
- Participate in operational projects or initiatives as required
- Perform administrative support tasks for the IT department as required

Requirements
Education
- University degree or diploma holder
Language Skill
- Good command of English and Chinese
Experience
- Minimum of 2 Years working experience in a clerical/administrative role
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills
