Skills
· 5 - 7 years' experience in Banking domain
· Good technical skills and understanding (architecture, technical building blocks, engineer like mind-set and background)
· University / college degree in economics, engineering or computer science
· Good overall Banking Self-Service know how (especially ATM business)
· Good Project Management skills
o Acting and leading within a team
o Works along PMI standard, preferably PMI certified Project Manager
· Preferably experience in multinational company
· Structured and well-organized work style
· Pro-active attitude and communication
· Fluent in English (oral and writing)
· Good communication skills
· Experience in handling difficult discussions and escalation with customer
Responsibilities
· Positioning as "Rollout Manager", meaning overall rollout management responsibility
è bringing the complete solution (HW and SW) into production successfully
è but not responsible to provide or develop each single component (e.g. SW) of the solution
è it's more or less assembling the different pieces together and customizing for the bank
· Intense interaction with local services team, regional HQ and corporate HQ
· KPIs to ensure
o Delivery timeline
o Solution quality (number of issues received over the first months)
· Setup rollout plan with customer
· Monitoring of rollout (secure delivery and installation dates)
· Inform customer about upcoming / released hardware and software updates (hardware component changes, Firmware, platform and application SW)
· Manage incident and call rates (data collection and root cause analysis)
· Frequent reporting of project status
· De-escalation management
· Feedback experiences and customer request to HQ for further product improvements
