General Objectives:

基本目标

This job contributes to CHEERS’ success by promoting services and products to potential customers and up-selling or renewing existing customers. This job is also about supporting all stores with effective ways to better engage their customers, and help each store increase its revenues.

The Community Manager will play a key role in the overall strategy of drive more transactions in increase the revenue of the stores.

The incumbent is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with CHEERS’ guiding principles.

Key Responsibilities and accountabilities

Wehat group operation

• Train and guide new stores to build up and run Wechat group

• Actively build and shape Store level wechat groups for customers for 60+ Stores

• Create and manage daily content for soft branding and transactional marketing

• Actively engage with group members and build each group to an average of 200+ members as minimal request

• Follow up and reply every request and questions from each group to increase retention

• Manage each group with professional skills in order to avoid let the group being ruined by other advertisement

• Get surveys according to the needs of other department from customers

• Send creative contents, marketing activities to the group on daily basis to get more conversion for each store

• Smooth communication and cooperation with franchisees to roll out different activities to the group to get more transaction.

• Follow up orders from group and coordinate with stores team to complete.

• Provide figures and report to the management team on weekly basis

• Combine with wine experts to send wine knowledge on a daily basis to educate group member to be more engaged

• Regularly organize wines tasting for the group members in different stores or other venue combine with wine expert and regional manager team

Other marketing tasks

• Open more account for CHEERS on different social media platform

• Create and publish contents on all main stream social media platform to get more traffic to off line and on-line stores

• Assist marketing team to create activities to increase transactions from the stores

• Provide creative ideas to all the related marketing designs, contents and campaigns

• Contribute create ideas in all marketing areas
• Create and analyze customer feedback through surveys

• General translations English/Chinese or Chinese/English

• Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

• Other tasks assigned by management

Qualifications & Competencies

任职资格

1. Native Chinese speaker, fluent in English written/spoken
2. College degree – very experienced social online and offline community operation skills.
3. More than 2 years’ experience in social community related work (retail or wechat and other social apps preferred)
4. Have knowledge of service and food and beverage,
5. Experience in customer and market research
6. Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining all the groups with efficient strategies
7. Expert in using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel & Outlook
8. Creative mind thinking
9. Flexible working time
