2011年12月，inVentiv Health在中国设立盈帆达医药咨询（上海）有限公司，正式在中国区域为医药行业客户提供服务。

工作职责:
? 参加所有和销售相关的活动，完成销售目标
? 保持与医院、医生以及经销商的联系，跟踪他们的需求和订单，同时也发展和促进与潜在客户的联系，以捕捉商业机会
? 根据需要拜访医护人员，向客户推广产品，不断提高产品市场份额
? 充分了解市场状态，及时向上级主管反映竞争对手的情况及市场动态、提出合理化建议
? 制定并实施辖区医院的推销计划，组织医院内各种推广活动
? 及时收集并反馈客户信息和市场情况
? 在必要时培训新加入的销售代表

任职资格:
? 医学、药学、临床等专业，大专以上学历
? 五年以上销售工作经验，有医疗器材、耗材、药品销售经验者优先，熟悉心血管，内分泌，消化产品尤佳
? 有医院销售经验，熟悉医院工作流程，拥有良好的医院资源和销售渠道，热爱药品销售服务工作
? 具有较强的独立工作能力和社交技巧，较好的沟通能力、协调能力和团队合作能力
