Technicians Required Skill Set 工作技能要求
· More than 3 years working experience in IT or DC 至少3年工作经验在IT和数据中心
· Minimal junior college degree 大学毕业
· Fluent English Speaking, written and verbal communications 流利的英文书写及口语沟通
· Fluent Mandarin Speaking, written and verbal communications 普通话流利
· Understanding and experience of working in Datacentre environments 熟悉数据中心环境，并有以下工作经验：
· Understanding and experience of racking hardware in equipment cabinets, installing, replacing and swapping out Blade Servers, Equipment Blade Cards (eg. Cisco 6509 cards etc) Cards (PMCI, NIC etc), Power Supply’s, Blade server switch, management modules and Dimms.将硬件上机架，安装，更换并换出刀片服务器，设备刀片卡（比如思科6509等），电源适配器，以及刀片服务器开关管理模块和内存等。
· Understanding and experience in patching CAT6 and Fibre optic cabling, ensuring patching is installed and dressed in a neat manner and labelled to instructed standards. Knowledge of structured cabling systems 跳接六类线缆及光纤，保证跳接正确，整齐，并根据标准做好标识；需要综合布线系统的知识。
· Understanding and experiencing in powering up of servers, ensuring connections are made securely and cables dressed in a neat manner 对服务器加电，并保证连接是安全的，同时线缆要整齐。
· Excellent skills in using Microsoft Office namely MS Word, Excel and Outlook 熟练使用MS Office软件 Word，Excel，Outlook
· *Advantageous Commscope (Systimax) certified or previous exposure/training 最好有康普工程师认证或相关培训
· *Advantageous Auto CAD skills 最好有 AutoCAD 技巧
· *Advantageous electrical qualifications however full training will be provided 最好有电器方面认证，不过会有相关培训提供


Day to Day Tasks 每日职责
· Communicating with customer Operational Manager 于客户运营经理沟通
· Where necessary liaising with Datacentre provider under the instruction of customer Operations Manager 在运营经理指导下于数据中心服务提供商联系
· Attending conference calls and team meetings 参加电话会议及团队会议
· Managing and responding to emails 管理并回复邮件
· Answering phone calls 接电话
· Responding to incidents and communicating with service teams during trouble shooting faults 回应并解决突发事件并和服务团队沟通
· Managing, updating and implementing work requests and tickets in Remedy 在Remedy系统中管理，更新，Ticket，并根据需求解决问题。
· Keeping patch records updated (MS Excel) 保持跳线记录更新 (excel)
· Keeping stock records updated (MS Excel) 保持库存记录更新 （excel）
· Keeping CMDB updated via Remedy 在Remedy系统中保持CMDB更新
· Accepting and receiving deliveries including associated communications接收快递及相应邮件
· Asset tagging equipment under customer instruction and in line with established customer process 根据客户指示并根据流程将设备标注资产标签
· Racking and un-racking of equipment in IT Server Cabinets 将设备上架并下架
· Installing, removing and swapping out of IT hardware 安装，移除并更换IT硬件
· Installing and removing copper and fibre patch cables 安装并移除铜缆及光纤跳线
· Installing and removing power leads powering equipment within IT cabinets (cabinets are already powered so there will be no need to install cabinet power strips nor make any connections under or above the raised floor)机柜内将设备加电，断电，不包括机柜电源
· Labelling of IT equipment, patch cables, power cables and misc items 对机房内设备进行系统标签管理
· Ensuring security is maintained in customer Data centre 保证客户机房内的安全
· Reporting and addressing where feasible any issues within the Data centre (eg. Environmental issues)汇报并设法解决数据中心内的问题
