Report to: Sales & Marketing Director

Key Responsibility:
1. Manage one or two Key Accounts and potentially one or two new customer accounts.
2. This individual is expected to develop relationships at all levels at the customer including engineering, sales, manufacturing and management.
3. Full account responsibility including identifying & acquiring new business opportunities, maintaining & supporting current business ensuring total customer satisfaction.
4. Drive the business and the relation ahead.
5. Represent the customer in the company.
6. Create strategy and sales plans for each account.
7. Responsible for quotations and negotiations with key customer.

Qualification Requirements:
1. A BS or equivalent in an engineering related field. This individual should ideally have knowledge of the industry, products, and related technologies. A good understanding of plastic materials, injection molding and related secondary processes is preferred.
2. Experience of working in a manufacturing environment including supply chain, production & customer interaction.
3. The ability to negotiate complex commercial projects, general business financial skills.
4. Good organizational skills and the ability to focus on details without losing the big picture.
5. An excellent command of English and preferably a good command of Japanese, Mandarin is a must.
6. Customer-focused problem solving skills and technical creativity.
7. A self-starting personality and good work ethics.
8. Good communication skills and computer proficiency.
9. Ability to travel regularly (China & internationally).
10. Ability to communicate successfully at all levels within the customer organization as well within the own organization.
11. 5+ years working experience.
