Project Engineer

Tasks:

？ Lead and monitor inspection/MEC team to carry out product quality control and rework as the firewall at both customer and supplier sides.

？ Timely training to inspection/MEC supervisor and ensure they can deliver corrective coach to inspectors.

？ Flexible manpower arrangement based on project requirements.

？ Prepare the sorting/inspection working instruction and provide proper training to the inspection team.

？ Daily report to the customer and weekly projects overview reports.

？ Implement layered process audit internal the team during projects.

？ Monitor supplier production process and follow up the defined countermeasures on-site.

？ Good communication with supplier and customer, reliable customer representative (on-site support at end-customer).

？ Manage and coordinate the international project within Formel D group. Assist on the critical problems with root cause analysis, implementation of the corrective measures and check the effectiveness.

？ Manage customer service project for OEM or Tier1 supplier.

？ 8D report and corresponding follow up.

Qualification:

？ BS in related major.

？ More than 2 years working experience in automotive industry and good knowledge on the quality control.

？ A good team player.

？ Strong communication skill and customer complain .

？ Positive thinking and be able to conquer the difficulties during the projects.

？ Hard work under high pressure and be ready for the urgent business travel.

？ Experienced on the Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint reports.
