Job Description 岗位职责：

1. Ensuring guests receive optimum service in accordance with the standards, policies and procedures of this hotel and Hilton International.
向客人提供周到的服务，令客人感到舒适满意
2. To actively promote the service and facilities of the Hilton Hotels to guests and suppliers of the hotel.
能够积极的向客人及供应商推荐酒店的服务及设施
3. Maintain high team focus by showing co-operation and support to colleagues in the pursuit of team goals.

Qualifications 任职资格：

1. More than one year experience of 4-5 star international hotel in the same position
一年以上4-5星级国际酒店同岗位工作经验
2. Good guests service sense and professional skills.
良好的服务意识和专业技能
3. With good spoken English and Chinese skills.
具备良好的中英文口语表达能力
