Responsibilities:
To provide administrative and logistic support to Project Management Team (including Travel request management, Travel expenses management)
To manage documentation related to Project Management
To arrange logistics for meetings, trainings
To translate documents (from Chinese to English)
To prepare official Letters

Requirements:
Student in University or Master degree study
Available 2 or 3 days per week
Technical education backgroud would be a plus
Fluent in English speaking and writing
Proficient PC skills (e.g. MS Office)
Good in organization and coordination
Good team player
