Project Analyst-CE

Main responsibilities

- Worked in Business Intelligence which is the reporting and analysis team, providing valuable statistical information to help management identify trends and plan resources.

- Follow up with program level logistic issues.

- Salesforce dashboard creation and maintenance. Manages approval, creation, and trouble-shooting for internal/external accounts.

- Documents/code and Downloads - maintenance, enhancements, troubleshooting, reporting, customer case management about system issues.

- Follow up on the enhancement request for Salesforce functions.

- Supports internal and external System Administration Management.

- Perform routine administrative duties in support of specific and on-going departmental projects.

- Arrange meetings, appointments, help with travel arrangement for employees, all hands meeting, offsite meeting, etc.

- Coordinate activities internally and with outside parties.

Preferred qualification

- Minimum 2-3 years work experience of project analyst.

- At initiative, high integrity and confidentiality in handling jobs.

- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with high degree of accuracy Capability to work effectively with minimal supervision and as a member of a team

- In-depth working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Project, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Salesforce experience is plus.

- Good sense of responsibility, cooperation and teamwork Good command of English, both verbal and written
